What you give us in the quote form: name, email, phone, postal code, type of installation, square metres and message. Also any data you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.

What we use it for

To handle your request, contact you and prepare the installation quote. We do not use it for automated decision-making.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form or contact us, and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

How long we keep it

While we handle your request and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods. Then it is deleted or blocked.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. We use providers that process it on our behalf, such as the form and hosting service of the website (Netlify) and communication tools (email, WhatsApp). Some may be outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by law.
